Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
IronClad Consulting Services, LLC ("IronClad," "we," "us") operates Pulse at pulsehq.io from Texas, United States. This policy covers this marketing website, its launch-update list, and related communications.
This website does not create product accounts or accept customer accounting records. Processing inside the Pulse application is outside this policy and will be addressed in the applicable product privacy notice and customer agreements. See also our Terms and Conditions.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. The launch-update form collects your email address and optional firm name. We also record signup events, their time, source, and status. When you contact us, we receive your contact details and message.
Website and device information. Hosting and analytics providers may receive IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, browser and device information, page URLs, referring pages, timestamps, identifiers, interactions, and error information.
Session replay. We use PostHog to understand navigation, clicks, scrolling, and page behavior. Replay reconstructs visits from page content and interaction events; it is not a camera or microphone recording. Form inputs are masked in replay. We do not send your signup email address or firm name to PostHog. Browser identifiers and interactions may still constitute personal information.
Do not submit tax returns, bank details, passwords, or confidential client records through this website.
2. How we use information
- Maintain the launch-update list and send requested updates.
- Respond to questions, unsubscribe requests, and privacy requests.
- Understand visits and signup activity, diagnose errors, and improve the site.
- Operate and protect the site, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not use this website's data for targeted advertising or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Providers and disclosures
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and processes network requests and operational information. PostHog provides analytics, error tracking, session replay, and signup-outcome measurement when permitted by your regional privacy rules and saved choices. Inthmanages consent through c15t, using regional information, preferences, and consent records. Depending on regional policy, those records can include IP address, browser information, and language.
We may also use email delivery and subscription-management providers. They receive information needed for those functions, such as email address, firm name, signup source, and time. We do not sell or rent personal information collected through this website.
We may disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process, investigate misuse, protect rights or safety, or carry out a merger, acquisition, or business asset transfer, subject to applicable law.
Read the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and PostHog Privacy Policy for provider information. External websites have their own practices.
4. Cookies and your choices
PostHog uses cookies and browser storage to recognize browsers and associate events with visits. Inth uses essential cookies and local storage to remember privacy preferences. Our regional rules may permit analytics automatically, including for Texas visitors; other regions require a choice first. Joining the list is not required for analytics.
Use Privacy settings in the footer to review or change the combined analytics and session replay choice. Turning it off stops future analytics and replay collection in this browser. It does not delete information already collected or change choices on other browsers or devices.
You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Clearing storage may reset identifiers but does not delete information already received. Blocking cookies alone may not stop every analytics event or network request.
To stop launch-update emails, use the unsubscribe option in an email or contact privacy@go-ironclad.com, identifying the address to remove. Unsubscribing does not by itself delete analytics records; you may separately request deletion.
5. Retention, security, and location
We retain information for the purposes described here, considering whether the list remains active, your requests, troubleshooting needs, and legal requirements. Retention varies by data type and provider. We may retain limited suppression records to honor unsubscribe requests and records needed for legal obligations or disputes.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We operate in the United States; providers may process information here and in other countries where they operate, whose privacy laws may differ from yours.
6. Privacy requests and Texas rights
To ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of your information, email privacy@go-ironclad.com with the subject "Pulse privacy request." Describe your request and identify the email address you used. We may need reasonable verification; do not send sensitive records unless we explain why they are necessary.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data, and opt out of sales, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act has coverage limits and exemptions, including for commercial or employment activity and many small businesses.
Where that Act applies, we respond within 45 days, with one additional 45-day extension when permitted and explained. Appeal a denial by emailing the same address with the subject "Pulse privacy appeal." We respond to appeals within 60 days. If denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.
7. Children
The site is intended for adult business users, not children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion.
8. Changes and contact
We will post revisions here and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
