1. Website scope

This is a marketing website for Pulse. These terms cover browsing, demonstrations, calculators, and launch-update signups. They do not create a paid subscription or govern use of the Pulse application. Product access, service commitments, billing, and processing of customer data require the applicable separate agreements.

The site is intended for adults evaluating business software. If you submit information for a firm, you must be authorized to do so.

2. Launch updates and previews

Submitting the launch-update form asks us to email you about Pulse's launch and availability. Provide an address you are entitled to use. You can unsubscribe through an email's unsubscribe option or by writing to privacy@go-ironclad.com.

Joining the list does not guarantee beta or founding-firm admission, a launch date, pricing, or any particular feature. Product descriptions may change. Demonstrations use sample data and do not provide access to a live customer account.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful business evaluation and information. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, submit information you are not entitled to share, or use forms for spam. Automated access must not impair the service or evade restrictions.

Do not send client accounting records, tax documents, payment details, or passwords through the marketing forms.

4. Ownership

IronClad and its licensors retain their rights in the site's branding, text, graphics, software, and other materials. You may view and make reasonable internal copies to evaluate Pulse, keeping ownership notices intact. These terms do not grant rights to resell the materials, present them as your own, or use our marks to imply endorsement. Rights permitted by law remain unaffected.

5. Illustrations and professional advice

The site provides general information. Calculator results depend on your inputs and stated assumptions; they are illustrations, not forecasts or promises of savings, revenue, or outcomes. The site does not provide individualized accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and obtaining appropriate professional advice.

6. Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy describes personal information, analytics, session replay, and your choices. Acceptance of these terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.

External websites control their own content, services, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement.

7. Availability and warranties

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of this free website or restrict access to address misuse or security concerns. We do not promise continuous availability or that information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its informational materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Nothing here excludes protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, IronClad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this marketing website, including lost profits, business opportunities, or data. This does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Separate product agreements control liability relating to the Pulse application.

9. Texas law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable federal law or mandatory protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. These terms do not waive nonwaivable consumer rights or prevent you from contacting a regulator. Please contact us if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.

10. Changes and general provisions

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and changing the date above. Revisions apply prospectively; we will provide additional notice or seek agreement where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver.
